This company should be ashamed of itself. I get that there is a procedure to be followed. But never manually recovering an account because there might be "human error" involved is just bull****. It's called being absoluty lazy.My phone got stolen and they stole my mail --> they changed the account name. So no way of recovering without jagex's involvement. All companies did this (discord, riot, ticketmaster, ... etc). Except for Jagex of course.
