Tried cancelling three memberships, two successfully cancelled, the third of course billed about a week later. After integrating to a jagex account I find it difficult to switch between characters. I went through and none showed an active subscription. I contacted support, asking for a refund on the membership. No response, they send an automated email stating some bogus ticket number had been updated. There’s no way to even view open tickets that I can find. I’ve played this game for probably 18 years. I have never had issues like this. Very pathetic, I won’t be returning.
