Been playing since 2004 on the same account. Went to log in and my character no longer exists. Put in a request to get help and was immediately sent a denial email. There is no other support option other than predefined forms with auto replies. I have everything proving account ownership since 2004, including membership payment history. To lose something with so much time and money into it is heart breaking. Myself, my wife, and my kids will no longer support this company or their games and have already canceled their memberships and uninstalled. GG Jagex.
