Jagex is the worst run operation. These people are the most narcissistic people who run their company like a prison. They treat customers as prisoners. You cannot speak to them, only be spoken to. Give us your money and shut up! Their systems for automating are so poorly implemented and don't function well. They are largely broken, but there's no way to contact them to tell them. Thousands of accounts are lost because people can't recover them, even if you have years of payment history to them, too bad. This is the asinine way to conduct themselves and it seems almost evil, certainly criminal. But, the frustration of having paid $100's to these people and not even have a chat line, email or a pay support line to ask a question is completely unacceptable and tyrannical! I wouldn't have invested if I knew they would later be hiding behind this ridiculous excuse for providing support to paying customers. They would be better off charging some fee to have someone else handle accounts. Jagex's biggest problem for their lack of being a huge success is Jagex! 100%, Plain and simple! If they could ever get out of their own way and wear some looser underwear, they might actually enjoy life and begin clipping coupons! But, NO!! We have to make it painful for everyone by hiding from customers and putting a broken automated system between us with absolutely NO WAY for customers to contact us, outside of a snail mail telegram, which they don't respond to. I've tried!
