Great, my 10+ year old account was stolen and their customer service won't give it back to me. I have 2 email addresses that were associated with the account for a total of 9 years, at least one long-standing password, the date the account was created and all usernames from there on. I even gave them a transaction number I once used to purchase a membership via PayPal. Why the hell should all this not be enough to prove that I am the owner of the account? What more do I need to add for you to believe me? The employees act insanely ignorant and probably don't even look at the recovery request before hitting "decline". Either only bots work at Jagex or the employees just don't feel like helping. You can't even send an email to get a proper answer or explanation. Thank you for tolerating account theft, I'm out of here.
