My account was compromised a few days ago and whoever hijacked my account checked how many days played/when the account started from hans and I couldn’t remember it’s been a couple years. So the hijacker emails jagex those dates and ftimes and they believe the hijacker over me and I just lost my account. 1900+ iron with crystal bowfa(c). They denied my request because they just handed the account over to the hijacker. I’ll never play this game again and no suprise their reviews are a 1.3 stars lol. They let people bot 24/7 and let theeves steal accounts without giving a car in the world. Terrible company to game with, and customer service may actually be the worst I’ve ever encountered.
