they ban my account for so called 'macroing' with the only evidence being a moderator comment. i didn't macro/bot, looks like they're so understaffed they just give out random ban hammers to players, even though the game is so infested with bots if you ban a random player you would probably ban a bot. yet they still manage to target real people instead of the millions of obvious bots.i think i got banned because im surrounded by bots in the rev caves....pathetic company, this game is a joke.... they dont fact check. and then when you appeal, after 10 days i get 2 words.appeal denied. 0 help from a trash customer service wat a suprise....
