What a joke where to begin, before I start if you're thinking of contacting Jagex for any reason understand in 2024 they still do NOT have a customer service team!No Live chat No Contact centreNo Common senseSo I wanted to do the simplest of requests. Remove an email/account that I don't use / never used.Now the account I wanted removed had the following conditions:The email I sent the request from was the account I wanted to remove.They then gave me 72 hours to cancel my request.I sent it to the email I wanted to remove.... nothing to do with my main account.Now because I was logged into my main account when I sent this email they decided to delete this account? Due to me being logged in and playing.Again makes no sense they should have emailed the account they were set up to close. Right?So I played both versions of the game got max on one of them, and poof all gone, forever. No way of getting my account back apparently with no compensation for the same time I had left on my account, I even had a year's subscription.They took my money all my hours and gold achieved.Terrible service I've never been banned, botted, or brought third-party services.Don't trust these people with your money time or services they employ people who make mistakes and won't amend them due to their processes.10/10 Worst Customer service available, company must not make a profit to employ competent people.
