Customer support is nonexistent, they don't care about you as a person. They fail to address any real issues in game. They do not ban bots as it helps inflate their player numbers and generate additional streams of revenue. I'm sure they are doing this to inflate their overall value of the company when the next sucker of a private equity firm buys them up. I am convinced that 30-40% of the entire player base is just bots. They only want your money to further the interests of the private equity firm that they graciously place a pillow to kneel down before for them.Their lack of customer support or willingness to help even some of their most loyal fans who have been playing for nearly two decades, make EA, Ubisoft, and comcast look like Saints compared Jagex.
