6...7? years and counting now with utter lack of support. Everything is automated and appeals are ignored.For the past year there's been a huge increase in FALSE bans by their archaic systems, disgusting for a company their size in 2023. These false bans would never be an issue if they had actual tickets driven by support workers with ACTUAL privileges to check appeals for evidence, which they do not.Over 40 cases and counting now where someone got falsely banned, appeals automatically denied, and then after manual intervention by the MAGIC of twitter, reddit or direct jagex moderator contact, their ban is lifted because it was in fact placed in error.Yet they fail to add any sort of safety net even to this day, we're talking accounts with thousands of hours put into them before this just randomly happens one day.Fixing the issue "per case" is not enough, I've personally been involved in over 20 such cases with friends in the community to have them resolved, until their recent change in the anti-cheat department cut us off completely.On top of all of this their joke of a support channel on twitter under "@JagexSupport" is run by people who aren't even working for the company seemingly these are 95% "community helpers", voluntary staff, ridiculous. Every single false ban case I've witnessed since 2015 has had the same fake-reply with lies spewed by said support account, stating that there's nothing that can be done about the bans when they're permanent, yet here we are with 40+ such cases resolved since.
