Jagex’s “nonexistent” Customer Support

there’s a huge reason this is one star rating and will continue to be one star for a lot of people until Jagex does at least SOMETHING.. i mean ANYTHINGGG to give the paying customers help & support with any and all issues they may experience with(in) the game. i understand this isn’t a small job, but i can’t name a single company that doesn’t have at least some form of customer service that allows you to speak with someone directly to address and discuss any problems, concerns, or suggestions. they claim to have different social media accounts and even more specific accounts directed for support specifically (ex. @jagexsupport on x/twitter). which i’ve wrote to multiple times on separate occasions and received no replies whatsoever. God forbid you get banned in game or even worse, WRONGFULLY banned, and you can’t even talk to anyone to clear up the issue - let alone find out what you did that actually caused the ban. you can submit a ticket to appeal your ban id that’s the case and ask whatever questions you have or whatever you’d like… but you won’t get any reply… it’ll just show that they either accepted or denied your appeal. my main issue wasn’t getting any ban reversed. i just wanted to know what occurred that triggered this ban because i wanted to know what triggered it. i feel like i was wrongfully banned and i wanted to see why i was banned besides just their word. i wanted to know what caused it. plain and simple. if i was wrong, i’d want to make sure i’d never do whatever it was again. unfortunately, i STILL have no idea and doubt i ever will on why my account was banned. the reasoning is another story - my point is that as a paying customer and long time player of old school runescape, i feel like if something happened to me and i felt cheated out of something i earned, the least i should be able to do, is speak with someone about it. if you click the “contact us” button on the runescape/ old school runescape part of the jagex website, the only thing that comes up are 5 of their FAQ’s. i wish this was a joke but i am totally serious. at the bottom of the page there is a thumbs up and thumbs down button so you can rate how helpful they (jagex) has been by answering your questions or concerns with one of the five frequently asked questions. …are you kidding me? i want to CONTACT SUPPORT. i have an issue that STILL needs to be addressed as it could potentially lead to a lot more players getting their accounts hacked/scammed & losing all progress on their accounts. if anyone from jagex sees this, i am BEGGING you to reach out. more people are no doubt getting scammed every second i don’t speak with a jagex employee. i am trying to help. i have a SOLID amount of information, screenshots and an identical website URL that is scamming players right now. i would hope jagex would want to see and deal with this ASAP because its putting their customers at risk. i lost everything today and i can’t even contact jagex about it to see what i can do. their customer support is nonexistent.. it’s such a shame. they have such great potential and they’re ruining it by not being there for the people supporting their games. it’s more than a slap in the face when you’ve been as dedicated as long as many others & i have been with jagex. i have never felt seen or appreciated as a customer. their enormous lack of any type of customer service is pathetic.please just try to do better.
