False banned on my account. It was a premiere membership with over 100 days of membership remaining. I tried to get in touch with someone to review my ban but no one responded to my inquiries or appeal. It wasn’t until I submitted a ticket to refund the remaining membership on my account. They didn’t refund the days and refused to provide more details on the false ban. I requested all three of my accounts’ membership to be cancelled. I followed up about half a dozen times and received no response.A month later my card was charged for membership even though I requested cancellation. I had to open another ticket to obtain a refund and Jagex finally cancelled all three of my memberships. Still no acknowledgment concerning my false ban. So unfortunate that I was a dedicated customer for years until this entire situation ruined all of those years. You lost a loyal customer Jagex. Truly fumbled this.
