Awful customer service/support. How do you lodge a account recovery then deny it 5 seconds later, which means its automated and not looked at. Considering how big the company is, please improve your customer services. WOW and SWTOR have awesome customer services. I have played Runescape/OSRS for years and I was hacked, my own fault I cant deny that, stupid enough to click on a 3rd Party Email, but I have enough evidence from transactions to your year on Runescape etc and it is still denied!!!
