Terrible credit card company
I’ve been a JaJa credit card user for eight months, and since February my card has been blocked. I filed a complaint in February (JAJA/151608), and it’s now been about three months with no unblocking or clear reason given. The status shows “in review,” but there’s no transparency or timeline for resolution.
What’s most frustrating is that I’ve continued paying all bills on time and have relied on other credit cards without issue, yet I’m being charged interest on a card that I can’t actually use. This feels like a vicious cycle: the blocked card forces me to carry balances elsewhere, while JaJa’s own process leaves the original account in limbo.
I’m asking for a specific reason for the block and a concrete plan and timeline to resolve it. I’d like transparent updates on the review progress, a commitment to expedite long-pending cases, and clarity on whether any fees or interest can be addressed given the prolonged inaccessibility.
For reference, Complaint Number JAJA/151608. Three months in review for a critical financial product is not reasonable, especially when there’s no proactive communication or resolution.
