Very very poor service. Didn’t want to give even 1 star but to escalate review i have to choose a star. I had tried alto make a payment when my card was activated. Transaction got rejected and my card got blocked and it’s been 10-15 days. So many times I called JaJa helpline and they told me my card is blocked by head office and they can’t do anything. Worst part is, there is no such way to contact head office but by post. Now I am going to terminate my account with Jaja. Why should I keep an account of no use.?
