I have ordered 16 jumpers from JAKI because I like them.
However ive had a few issues with the seams twice.( they had great customer service the first time replaced the item and sent a gift item)
On my third time of a faulty product ..the cuff frayed and unravelled. I wasnt offered a replacement but a discount for next order and refund of shipping.
I dont find this acceptable considering its the 3rd item with a problem
Maybe ive just been unlucky but im now very curious if anyone else has has a problem with the quality of the seams or cuffs from this company
