Review Time
I have ordered 16 jumpers from JAKI because I like them.
However ive had a few issues with the seams twice.( they had great customer service the first time replaced the item and sent a gift item)
On my third time of a faulty product ..the cuff frayed and unravelled. I wasnt offered a replacement but a discount for next order and refund of shipping.
I dont find this acceptable considering its the 3rd item with a problem
Maybe ive just been unlucky but im now very curious if anyone else has has a problem with the quality of the seams or cuffs from this company
I love JAKI clothes, so stylish, so comfortable, I feel very sexy & sassy in my sixties! I have 3 off the shoulder jumpers in black brown & plum! Just waiting for the satin trousers to finally come back in stock! Be aware if you order something in stock and another item that’s pre-order they won’t deliver until the pre-order is in which can be a few weeks. You can cancel pre-order & they refund quickly … x
Unbelievable service from Rosi who kindly emailed me as I'd accidenttly returned a pair of expensive leggings to them by mistake. Rosi arranged delivery back to me free of charge, most companies wouldn't have even let me know and I would have been happy to pay. This type of customer care is basically unheard of in this day and age. All of the items I've had from Jaki have always been very high quality. Highly recommended thank you X
I returned the items I ordered as they were too small and was awaiting my refund. After three weeks, I reached out to the support team to inquire about the refund timeline. The representative handling my request responded on the same day I sent my email, and I received my refund the following day.
I had an amazing experience with the service! The sweater is incredibly flattering and truly beautiful — I'm in love with it. Additionally, the support team was extremely responsive when I encountered a minor issue. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would absolutely recommend!
I ordered a specific jumper for my sister's funeral. In my grief, I mistakenly entered the wrong postcode. I was understandably upset when the item was rejected, especially since it was urgent. I reached out to customer service, and they were exceptional. Although they didn’t have the jumper in the right color, they diligently monitored the return and promptly resent it to the correct postcode with next-day delivery at no extra cost. The jumper arrived on time, was of excellent quality, and was perfect for the occasion. I'm truly grateful for their thoughtful service during this challenging time.
