The experience ordering a Jaliza wig was exemplary. I ordered a full braided knotless wig and I did not like the color I ordered. I called customer service and they gave me an option of a refund or replacement. I replaced my wig with another full knotless and it is perfect! The color is vibrant and the feel is amazing! It! It's so soft and it was so easy to fit my crown with adjustable straps. I would not hesitate to purchase another!!!!! Customer service was so helpful! They truly made the replacement procedure an easy one!!!!!
