I have used Jamendo for several years to provide music for my home videos. Two years ago, I bought a track pack of 20 tracks, of which I have used 8 licenses. For about a year, I have been unable to use the remaining tracks. In the past 6 months I have repeatedly contacted Jamendo via their webite and by email to get help fixing the website problem so that I can use my licenses. I have received only one acknowledgement and no help.I wonder if they treat their music providers with as much contempt as they treat their customers? I try to reward the music creators by buying licenses rather than just rip their music. Jamendo have taken my money for the licenses but do not provide me with the means of using those licenses or provide a refund.
