Last years from 2024 Jamendo was not paying any attention to the agreement between the service and contributors. Royalties are not paid despite the request of payment on time, continually long delays or no payment. You can make contact and always hearing the same melody “Ticket is made” the team will work this out…..but it is no end story with Jamendo.Guess what, payment requested in June 2025 of my Royalties, normally we expected the money to PayPal in July 2025 between the 1st and the 10th of the month, as agreement of Jamendo, unfortunately until now after two months I got no payment from them…..it helpless and hopeless, no one care about at Jamendo site as contributor, they doesn’t respect their service project or business, finally Jamendo will end soon loosing their business and no Artists will dare to contribute with pleasure within that bad service. I think Jamendo is suffering from a financial crisis. But they won’t make it public to the customers because that will kill any operations excellence, the system is not compliant anymore.
