Customer service was good, as was the product. However, they were severely let down by the shipping service used. I had to return a ring for resizing and was charged VAT again when it was returned. Resolving the issue with the shipping service has been nearly impossible. I’m often directed to staff with limited English skills, and the phone lines are poor quality with long hold times. They seem uninterested and unhelpful, and I’ve been passed around without resolution. It's frustrating that they won't provide a supervisor's name, making them feel unaccountable. I'm disappointed in both the service and the shipping experience.
