My rating reflects the outstanding customer service and the measures in place to safeguard consumers making online purchases, especially for high-value items, by minimizing risk. I previously dealt with another similar company that provided a defective piece of jewelry, which dampened my enthusiasm for buying valuable items online. I decided to give it another shot, this time with a different seller, and I was not let down. One of the items was initially slated for delivery after Christmas, but after reaching out to the customer support team, they ensured that both pieces arrived well before the holiday, allowing my wife to receive them on Christmas Day. It was also evident that the seller prioritized presentation and quality. Their delivery and overall process far exceeded that of my previous online experience. The piece I ordered from the earlier retailer did not resemble the images on their website, while the earrings from this seller were exactly as shown and absolutely stunning. The diamonds are brilliant, and the sapphires are remarkable in clarity and color. My wife adores them. The ring is equally beautiful, particularly the diamonds. Although the sapphire in the center was slightly darker and less transparent than I anticipated, I understood that finding a sapphire of that size with perfect color and clarity is challenging. Nevertheless, when I inquired about this, the support team was attentive, and I mentioned that as long as my wife loved the ring, I would be content to keep it. She did love it, and I enjoy seeing it on her finger every day. Customer service is crucial, along with the quality of the product, of course. I am thoroughly satisfied with both the service and the items, and I would definitely consider making another purchase from this seller without any hesitation. After all the research I did prior to selecting them, it was worth it. (I assessed five jewelers before choosing this one).
My bracelet broke and is currently in for repair. Unfortunately, there has been no update on the repair process or any estimated return time. While the bracelet was lovely, it felt quite delicate. It would be helpful to receive information about what is happening with the repair. This experience warrants a lower rating until I have my bracelet back.

Customer service was good, as was the product. However, they were severely let down by the shipping service used. I had to return a ring for resizing and was charged VAT again when it was returned. Resolving the issue with the shipping service has been nearly impossible. I’m often directed to staff with limited English skills, and the phone lines are poor quality with long hold times. They seem uninterested and unhelpful, and I’ve been passed around without resolution. It's frustrating that they won't provide a supervisor's name, making them feel unaccountable. I'm disappointed in both the service and the shipping experience.
Disappointing experience; it has been a month and I still do not have my ring. It was meant to be an anniversary gift, but now it may become a Christmas gift. Their customer service was terrible, dismissive, and unresponsive to emails. Be cautious, everyone!
