We arrived at the location to receive a 10-year-old hybrid that had just come from another country, with instructions only in a foreign language. There was no way to change the settings to English or French (our second language). It’s impossible to drive safely without understanding the safety instructions or how to operate the navigation system. The contract states that renters are responsible if instructions are not followed, but we couldn't comprehend them. After much discussion, the contract was canceled after three hours. While the local manager was helpful, the overall experience was very unpleasant. It’s advisable to read the fine print and be cautious of aggressive tactics. This service may save a few dollars, but it could also lead to significant issues.
