I understand delays can occur, but there have been no updates or indications regarding my order's status. I've reached out via email and received no replies, only being directed to a bot that handles generic questions. If I ask a specific question, I get a message stating that the support team will respond, but they never do. While I can accept some delays, the lack of communication is simply unacceptable.
