I've expressed my concerns before, and while they were acknowledged, there has been no follow-up. I'm wondering if I won't receive the package before Christmas, can I at least expect it before New Year's? I really want to present the gift on New Year's Day, not afterward. I've already been waiting for over two weeks for this package!
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience; it feels like a scam. My package never arrived, and the responses came every three weeks. Eventually, they informed me that they couldn't send it and would only refund half of my payment. Unbelievable, the lack of customer care is laughable. I strongly advise against purchasing here, as you will just end up losing money.
