I placed an order on November 23rd, and there was no sign of it for a long time. I contacted them via email requesting a refund and received a reply stating my order was on its way along with a tracking number, which turned out to be non-functional. I received a letter from customs with an additional charge and a completely different tracking number. I eventually got my order on the 15th, but an item meant for Christmas was missing. I've tried contacting them through both email and chat, but unsurprisingly, there's been no response. It's been a frustrating experience.
