Following a bit of a crisis in our dining room, we really needed someone to come in and guide us through the process of having the old wooden flooring uplifted, who would talk through options regarding new flooring, who would organise a joiner to put back/renew skirting boards (shout out to Andy!), and who would talk us through every step of the process, and allay any fears we might have. James Cottam was our man! He was both friendly and professional, arrived when he said he would, and although he encountered one or two snags along the way, James took them in his stride, considered the problem and resolved it. He cleared away all the off cuts and debris before he left and the finished floor is fab!We will certainly call upon James in the future, his skills and reliability are second to none.
I was directed to James by my daughter and next door neighbour who had used him for home and garden. They both had told me that he had done it really good job. I contacted him as we needed our newly installed en-suite re flooring. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently. We were so impressed we asked him to do our main bathroom. Again he did a brilliant job. We have now booked him for our downstairs toilet which he should be doing next week. If we need any more carpets fitting we know who will be doing it.
We had new vinyl flooring fitted in 2 bathrooms following a leak. James had great quality options available, was able to source a different style at my request for one of the rooms and also did a great job, we’re so pleased with the finish. He managed to fit us in before Christmas and turned up exactly when promised.
James and Chris arrived promptly this morning and got straight to work fitting our wooden flooring. They worked hard and were finished in good time, so that we could put the furniture back, which they helped us to do. The floor looks amazing and I would definitely recommend them to do your flooring.
