Exercise caution when making a purchase from this shop. They recently switched postal services and are refusing to take responsibility for their poor service. I ordered clothes worth 50 USD, but upon delivery, the courier demanded an additional 58 USD from me. I immediately reached out to the company, and they responded, saying they would deduct 40 USD from my refund! Can you believe it? I essentially gifted them 40 dollars from my original expenditure and ended up with nothing. Their response was that it’s the customer’s responsibility, even though my country does not require such a fee for this order. They chose this postal service and left customers to deal with the consequences of their decisions. Other couriers do not impose such excessive charges. It's disappointing, and one has to wonder about their arrangement with the courier, as this is the first time I've been asked to pay the full order amount.
