I live in the US but also spend time in NZ so I have accounts in both countries which can be confusing at times. Just got my order and love everything. The fit, style, and quality is all great and my daughter loved it all and can't wait to wear. There was a mix up with one item and I reached out to customer service. They were prompt, kind, and professional. They took care of the request right away and made it interaction simple and easy for me. And it helps the clothes are so beautiful!

Ive been a customer for 6 years now, from the earliest designs till the latest drops, always enjoyed the love and care that they put in their work. I have a girl and I have always bought the beautiful pieces for her but always wanted an excuse to buy the cute baby boy ones which I can happily buy for my little nephew. Apart from their wonderful products, they also have an amazing customer service where they replaced my stolen delivery within a window of a few hours. Thats just so lovely and considerate.

Exercise caution when making a purchase from this shop. They recently switched postal services and are refusing to take responsibility for their poor service. I ordered clothes worth 50 USD, but upon delivery, the courier demanded an additional 58 USD from me. I immediately reached out to the company, and they responded, saying they would deduct 40 USD from my refund! Can you believe it? I essentially gifted them 40 dollars from my original expenditure and ended up with nothing. Their response was that it’s the customer’s responsibility, even though my country does not require such a fee for this order. They chose this postal service and left customers to deal with the consequences of their decisions. Other couriers do not impose such excessive charges. It's disappointing, and one has to wonder about their arrangement with the courier, as this is the first time I've been asked to pay the full order amount.
I made a significant purchase two months back, and my order was supposed to arrive last week, but it never did. I reached out via multiple emails, yet my case was completely ignored, and the clothes never reached me. I ultimately had to contact my bank for assistance. This has been a major disappointment.
