I placed an order for a headboard for a bed, expecting it to arrive at the start of December. Now, on December 23rd, I called to check on the status and was informed that it would be dispatched in the first week of January. The representative mentioned that they usually notify customers about delays, but they fell behind in production. Although they made the decision on December 16th, I wasn't informed in a timely manner, leaving me with no chance to arrange alternatives. The representative assured me that I would be updated once it is dispatched.
