Now, on December 23rd, I called to check on the status and was informed that it would be dispatched in the first week of January. The representative mentioned that they usually notify customers about delays, but they fell behind in production. Although they made the decision on December 16th, I wasn't informed in a timely manner, leaving me with no chance to arrange alternatives. The representative assured me that I would be updated once it is dispatched.

Quality products and fast delivery! However, I've faced this issue twice now where the outlet fabric I ordered was listed as available but wasn't. I'm still waiting for a refund, which is quite frustrating. Nevertheless, I will use the service again. Please address this issue!
I made several calls to headquarters regarding measuring requirements. It took two weeks for them to return my calls. I ordered wallpaper in October, and it finally arrived last week in December, which is unacceptable. It feels like everyone is working from home!
