Conversations are poorly conducted, feedback lacks tact, and little effort is made to create a positive work environment. It feels chaotic and disorganized, with more focus on ego than competence. In summary, this is not a healthy or professional workplace. Morale is low for a reason, and until management learns to treat staff with basic respect and professionalism, nothing will change.
