I strongly advise anyone considering employment here to think twice. The treatment of staff is unprofessional and unacceptable. There is a clear lack of essential management skills, effective communication, and understanding of how to run a business or support employees. Staff are often addressed in a condescending manner, and their concerns are disregarded. Expectations change frequently without clear direction, yet employees are blamed for issues. There is no structure, accountability from management, or respect for people's time or efforts. The unprofessional behavior of leadership is apparent. Conversations are poorly conducted, feedback lacks tact, and little effort is made to create a positive work environment. It feels chaotic and disorganized, with more focus on ego than competence. In summary, this is not a healthy or professional workplace. Morale is low for a reason, and until management learns to treat staff with basic respect and professionalism, nothing will change.
