I ordered a Rudraksha for my mother on 21st July 2025 (Order #JPM1065887) . Delivery was promised on Friday, but got delayed without notice to Saturday. Then again on Sunday – and still no delivery.Shockingly, the delivery agent took OTP from my elderly mother without delivering the product and marked it as “Delivered”! When we followed up, he gave excuses, lied repeatedly, and stopped picking up calls. After 3 days of constant follow-up and mental stress, the parcel was finally delivered on Monday evening. But what’s worse – Japam hasn’t responded to a single email or complaint till now. No apology. No explanation.This is shameful behavior, especially for a spiritual brand dealing with sacred items like Rudraksha.If you care about trust, transparency, and basic delivery ethics, I strongly urge you to think twice before ordering from Japam.
