I had a very disappointing experience with Japam.
I ordered a 7 Mukhi Rudraksha bracelet around two months ago for about ₹600. Within just two days of receiving the product, I had already raised a concern with their support team about the poor quality of the bracelet. However, they informed me that they could only offer a replacement and not a return, which didn’t really solve the issue.
Since there was no other option, I started using the bracelet. Unfortunately, within just one month of normal daily use, the bracelet completely broke. Considering that Rudraksha bracelets are meant to be worn daily, this clearly shows how cheap and poor the build quality is.
I again contacted their support team after the bracelet broke, but there was no proper response or assistance. They were neither responsive nor helpful regarding a replacement or solution.
Overall, it turned out to be a waste of ₹600 on a low-quality product with poor customer support. I would definitely not recommend buying from Japam based on my experience.
These people just loot money and no proper response from them or any deliever agent, they freaking fruad people, please i request everyone to don't buy any kind of product's from japam #japam they just loot money

i ordered 1 to 14 mukhi rudraksha mala and they sended me some braqcelet, when contacted customer service they told they cant hel, will not do replace and refund, do whatever u want to do.

I wish I could give a zero-star rating. This platform deserves less than one star for its service. I paid in advance for my order but never received it due to a technical error on their part. I haven't received a refund or my ordered items. I've emailed several times but got no response. The customer service is nonexistent.
I ordered a pendant necklace but got an incorrect product instead. I was asked to pay ₹100 for a replacement. Even after paying, I still haven't received the correct item. I've sent numerous emails but haven't received any response. This seems like a fraudulent operation.
Do not buy from them; they refuse to replace defective products. I ordered a bracelet, received a faulty one, and when I requested a replacement, they ignored me and asked for an unboxing video, which is unreasonable. It's better to shop elsewhere.
