I had a very disappointing experience with Japam.
I ordered a 7 Mukhi Rudraksha bracelet around two months ago for about ₹600. Within just two days of receiving the product, I had already raised a concern with their support team about the poor quality of the bracelet. However, they informed me that they could only offer a replacement and not a return, which didn’t really solve the issue.
Since there was no other option, I started using the bracelet. Unfortunately, within just one month of normal daily use, the bracelet completely broke. Considering that Rudraksha bracelets are meant to be worn daily, this clearly shows how cheap and poor the build quality is.
I again contacted their support team after the bracelet broke, but there was no proper response or assistance. They were neither responsive nor helpful regarding a replacement or solution.
Overall, it turned out to be a waste of ₹600 on a low-quality product with poor customer support. I would definitely not recommend buying from Japam based on my experience.
