The device is very old. When turned on, it shows “SIM card not ready.” I had to call customer service twice, and they asked me to reset the device 4–5 times before it finally worked. In the end, the cost of calling customer service was higher than the rental fee for the device. The internet speed is also very slow—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m not sure if this is because the SIM card is locked.
