Kuniko is a very helpful and very respectful person to deal with. The Futon seems well made but unfortunately I am sending it back as the sizing was not as advertised - the sizing of the double organic futon is advertised as 140cm by 210cm and 8cms when compressed, but even with me stretching it out I found it to be 128cm by 195cm and only 4cms when compressed.However I cannot fault the service or the returns procedure - just hope that the monies go back into my account smoothly! I would recommend the Futons just make sure you are happy with the sizing as detailed here...
