Great Futon excellent customer service

The quality of the Futon from Japanese Futon is excellent, genuine hand made in Japan. Its very comfortable and firm. I bought the single which is a great size. The customer service was brilliant, Kuniko answered all my inane questions patiently and with good humour. I thoroughly recommend Japanese Futon.

Second perfect time from Japanese Futon...

This is the second time I have bought a shikibuton from Kuniko-san at Japanese Futon. I've been futon sleeping for three years now and wouldn't go back. Always a fast and efficient service with great communications and a super-comfortable sleep at the end. I recommend Japanese Futon 100%.

Kuniko is a very helpful

Kuniko is a very helpful and very respectful person to deal with. The Futon seems well made but unfortunately I am sending it back as the sizing was not as advertised - the sizing of the double organic futon is advertised as 140cm by 210cm and 8cms when compressed, but even with me stretching it out I found it to be 128cm by 195cm and only 4cms when compressed.However I cannot fault the service or the returns procedure - just hope that the monies go back into my account smoothly! I would recommend the Futons just make sure you are happy with the sizing as detailed here...
