I’m in the UK. Unfortunately, my order was lost by the shipping service. I contacted customer support, and they initially responded quickly, but that was the only reply I received. The promised delivery timeframe passed, and my follow-ups went unanswered. Update: they finally responded after about ten days, initiated an investigation, and eventually issued a refund around 40 days after the supposed delivery date. It was a frustrating experience, but at least it got resolved.
