I do not recommend shopping here for holiday gifts. I purchased items at the end of November for the holidays, but several arrived either expired or close to expiring by the end of December. It seems they are aware of this during the holiday sales.

The products are good, but their communication is lacking. The tracking for my order didn't update for weeks until I reached out to them. Then my order got stuck in customs, and they denied any responsibility. I received two identical template replies when I sought assistance. It's uncertain whether you will receive your items.
I’m in the UK. Unfortunately, my order was lost by the shipping service. I contacted customer support, and they initially responded quickly, but that was the only reply I received. The promised delivery timeframe passed, and my follow-ups went unanswered. Update: they finally responded after about ten days, initiated an investigation, and eventually issued a refund around 40 days after the supposed delivery date. It was a frustrating experience, but at least it got resolved.
