I ordered a $70 snack gift box for my niece, who was in the hospital in Germany. Japanese Taste failed to provide a complete product list for customs declaration.Because of this, the package has been stuck in Germany for weeks. Japanese Taste offered no support whatsoever. Instead, I’ve had to go through every product in the box to provide customs with the necessary details. With 20+ items, this is a major headache. To make things worse, their website lacks full descriptions, like weights, which I need for customs.Now my niece is home, and I still have to deal with changing the delivery address on top of everything else.For a company that offers gift services, they've made the process incredibly difficult. I want my money back..
