They have a lot of cool stuff, but their customer service is the worst I have experienced in any retail. I had purchased 6 boxes of green tea cookies and they arrived with a BB date of seven days from receipt date. I contacted customer service and they told ne those cookies have a shelf life of about a week (coincidentally) and refuses a refund/compensation. This is a complete lie because I had purchased these same cookies two other times with BB of abour three months from receipt. They price gouge too much to be selling people old products, and proceed to lie. I guess I got lucky the other times, but now I know what they truly are.
