Overpriced Shinkansen tickets with high extra cost and no service.Or Shinkansen was cancelled because of a Typhoon. We got no information about it in advance and no help with the ticket refund. We went to the JR counter to only get a small amount back since Navitime has extremely high extra costs which aren‘t refundable. I didn’t know that this website is not official and just an overpriced reseller.
