I ordered a plush toy in July and received an update confirming the preorder was being processed. When I requested a refund, I was told they don’t issue refunds and that my order would be delivered in September. I waited patiently and asked for updates in late September, only to be told it would be shipped soon. Now it’s November, and there’s been no transparency or updates on my order. There seems to be a significant issue with delayed deliveries. This is unacceptable, and I would appreciate a proper update regarding my order's status. I strongly do not recommend this service.
