Battery issue with the vehicle

This company does not prioritize customer service; they seem to focus solely on their own schedules and workloads. They leave customers stranded for weeks over common faults. I contacted a non-dealership service and secured an appointment in two days. They listened and were accommodating. That’s the difference.
