I purchased a set of pre-owned diamond earrings, but one of the backings was loose, causing it to fall out and get lost within two weeks. The company refused to let me return the remaining earring or provide any refund. While I understand concerns about scammers, this was clearly a defective product, leaving me with just one earring from the set. I would strongly advise against buying anything pre-owned from them, and I personally won’t be returning for any future transactions.
