I would strongly advise against buying anything pre-owned from them, and I personally won’t be returning for any future transactions.

On November 30, 2025, my spouse and I visited a location in South Carolina to purchase 1-carat diamond earrings. A friendly young lady greeted us and promptly showed us the available options. I questioned the price difference between two pairs: one at $1600 and the other at $5400. Not seeing a significant quality difference, I opted for the cheaper pair. After calculating the total, the young lady came back to inform us that the pair I chose was actually a lab-grown diamond, which was not our intention. She was visibly distressed about the error. Ultimately, we found a genuine diamond set for $2600. However, the confusion escalated when the manager arrived, taking about 30 minutes to clarify the pricing discrepancy since we had already paid $1663. I had to correct him as he was overcharging us by $400. This was the most untrustworthy experience I've ever had. I probably should have left and gone elsewhere, but I left with the earrings, hoping I didn't make a grave mistake by engaging with them.
I visited a jewelry store in West Hartford for a watch repair and to redesign my grandmother's pearl necklace. The atmosphere was very inviting, and I was assisted immediately. The manager helped send out the watch for repair and advised against altering my heirloom's design. Instead, she recommended that the pearls be restrung. She dedicated considerable time to me, providing expert advice and keeping me informed about the progress of both the watch and the necklace. I am definitely looking forward to returning for future business.
My partner worked with a representative at a store in Southlake, Texas. They were exceptional! My partner had a clear idea of what I wanted, and together they exceeded expectations! I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this representative to everyone; you will be thrilled you did! They are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and courteous. Just go for it!
Terrible experience. I bought a birthday gift on August 30th, intended for my niece's birthday on September 8th, but then I received an email stating it would arrive on September 12th. I called to see if there was any way to expedite it, but they said no. Awful service, and I won't be purchasing from them again.
I advise against purchasing anything from this company. We were loyal customers for over 40 years, spending a significant amount, but that’s over now. The store in Orlando refused to resize my wife’s ring due to concerns about a potential crack in a stone, simply saying goodbye. We did the same. I’m done with their poor service, and it’s no surprise they’re struggling. They won’t last long with this attitude. Seek out a local jeweler instead.
