Hi! We tried writing about license to alter request for over a month now. We contacted literally 10 times now and got 1 answer during that time. It contained no instructions whatsoever so we are still waiting for the response. No response and no instruction on how to proceed. We are willing to pay for the request of Tapestry Apartments license to alter but still we are getting ignored. This is highly inappropriate
