I will start by saying thank you!!My customer rep. Mrs. Doris was more than kind and the upper Mgt. listened. We are in our 60's and to say we might have misunderstood could be a under statement, lol! Never the less we were treated with understanding, kindness and compassion. Mrs. Doris thank you again for doing your best to retain a dying profession, "Customer Service" Job well done! We have went over 12 miles so far and my wife and I are truly happy with choosing Jasion as our ebike. Now, constructive criticism, only in the website advertising. The promotion items "free" should not be listed along with the "add item buttons", just a suggestion. Maybe, my age dont clarify to well, lol! The bottom line... We love our ebikes and we know we love our customer support from Jasion. ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way, keep it up!
